After a collision, dents, bumper cracks and damaged paint can look similar while requiring different repairs. A workshop visit allows discussion of the surface condition, panel gaps, mounts, straightening, painting or replacement. Some hidden damage becomes clear only after dismantling; any additional inspection or dismantling work and its cost must be agreed separately.

You can attach overall photographs and close-ups in Telegram after sending your request. If the car cannot be driven, discuss delivery and access to the workshop before arranging transport.
You can request a weekday appointment from two to seven calendar days ahead. All times are Kyiv time. Review the prepared message, open Telegram and send it to the workshop. The time you select is a preference, not a confirmed booking: wait for the technician’s reply before travelling. To reschedule, reply in the same chat.
The workshop is at 3r Naberezhna Peremohy Street, Dnipro, on the right bank near Shevchenko Park. Use the workshop’s map listing to find the entrance rather than the park entrance. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Agree the arrival time and whether you can leave the car for repair separately.
